Adjustable Waistband

Workshop Details

Do your pants tend to fit great everywhere but the waist? Are you tired of the waist of your pants being too loose? Do you dream of pants you can wear comfortable before and after a meal? During this one-day workshop, we will be creating unique waistband cinchers out of upcycled materials. You will learn how to cut+sew adjustable additions to your waistbands utilizing fabric d-rings, buttons, and snaps. SKILL LEVEL: Beginner friendly You should feel comfortable threading and stitching with a sewing machine Project experience is preferred but not required. You are encouraged to bring a pair of your pants that are a bit too big in the waist and we can add a cincher direct! All hardware and fabric included.
